This creative, festive workshop explores the art of brush lettering.

Brush lettering encompasses the principles of modern calligraphy but with a more relaxed lettering style using brush pens. Learn how to hold your brush pen, become comfortable with lettering strokes and then practice writing festive words and phrases.

You will leave with the confidence to apply this style of writing to your own personal stationery, festive gift tags, or greeting cards.

All materials are provided and you will take home tools to continue brush lettering at home.

This workshop is suitable for complete lettering beginners, as a precursor to learning to use a pointed pen, or for individuals who struggle to use a nib but are still keen to create modern letter forms.
