This creative workshop explores the art of faux calligraphy techniques; a technique to imitate the style of modern calligraphy but using everyday pens. We will use this technique to create a slate sign.

The workshop begins with letter form practice to understand how to create modern script. We will then use these skills to create your own wording and design on either a heart-shaped or rectangular slate sign. You might like to use this as a festive decoration in your home or as a gift for someone special.

You will take home your sign. Additional materials will be available to purchase on the day.

This workshop is suitable for complete lettering beginners.
