Turn a bottle into a keepsake with the Mint Lettering engraving and personalisation service for Majestic customers. Ideal for birthday, wedding, new home, anniversary or thank you gifts and keepsakes.

Each bottle is individually lettered by hand in signature Mint Lettering script. No machines, no vinyl or printing.

Choose from two beautiful finishes: engraved or white ink lettering, up to 6 words with the option to add colourful florals.

Choose from the following personalisation packages:

• The Classic - £25 per bottle - lettering only (up to 6 words). Choose from white ink or engraved lettering.

• The Signature Florals (most popular) - £35 per bottle - either engraved or white ink lettering (up to 6 words) with painted florals.

NOTE: pressurised bottles (e.g. champagne, prosecco) cannot be engraved for safety reasons. For pressurised bottles, your design can be created in beautiful white ink instead.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Purchase your bottle in store from Majestic Wine, Marlow.

2. Select your chosen personalisation package below, either Classic or Signature and complete the form with details of your bottle, your chosen wording and where you’d like the wording positioned. Make payment online.

3. You will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Majestic staff will note this order number on your Majestic receipt and attach this to your bottle. They will keep your bottle safe in store for me to collect.

4. I will collect the bottle from Majestic Marlow and confirm with you via email that I have received your bottle.

5. I will create a draft layout and email the design to you for approval. Any changes should be requested at this stage. One round of amendments are included. Personalisation will only begin after written approval has been received.

6. Your bottle will be personalised as agreed.

7. An email will be sent to you when it is ready to collect from Majestic Wine, Marlow. Please collect within 7 days.

Please allow 3-5 working days from approval of the draft design layout to it being ready for collection. Express service available subject to availability.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• Can you engrave any bottle?

Smooth surfaces work best.

For safety reasons I cannot engrave pressurised bottles (e.g. champagne, prosecco). I use a beautiful white ink to create your lettering instead. Not sure whether your bottle can be engraved? Don’t worry, I can confirm the best option when I receive your order.

• Will I see the design before you personalise my bottle?

Yes, every order includes a draft preview of the lettering and its positioning which you’ll approve before I begin the engraving or ink application. Please note that you will be responsible for checking spelling, dates and wording at this stage. No changes can be made once written approval of the design is received.

• Can I choose my own wording?

Yes, please choose up to 6 words. Think about the blank space available on your chosen bottle and if your wording will fit. Complete the form at the checkout with the wording you’d like. Want more than 6 words or concerned about space? Please email hello@mintlettering.com for a quote or advice before placing an order.

• Is the lettering permanent?

Engraving creates a permanent design directly onto the glass. The white ink finish is water resistant and long-lasting when handled with care.

• I’m not keen on florals. How can I add a different illustration?

Bespoke creations are always welcome. Email hello@mintlettering with your ideas. I can send a quote before you place an order.

• Can you personalise bottles bought elsewhere?

Of course! Please email hello@mintlettering.com with your ideas before placing an order..

• Can you engrave items other than bottles?

Yes. Smooth surfaces work best, for example fragrance bottles, candles, wine glasses. I can also engrave metals such as lipstick cases, water bottles, make-up brushes, cake knives, compact mirrors. Please email hello@mintlettering with your creative ideas to see what’s possible.

• Do you offer an express service.

Standard turnaround time is 3-5 days from approval of the draft design. An express service is available subject to availability. Additional costs apply. Please email for additional details.

• Can you post bottles instead of collecting from Majestic Marlow?

Yes I can. Please email me before placing an order and I can provide a postage costs.

Terms & conditions

By placing an online order, you agree that you have read and understood the following:

• All lettering is completed by hand in Mint Lettering hand written script. Therefore, slight variations are part of the unique nature of a hand written piece.

• Spelling, names and dates must be checked carefully before placing your order. A draft layout will be emailed and once written approval is received from the client, no further changes can be made.

• One round of amendments is included.

• Standard turnaround time is 3-5 working days from approval of the personalised design.

• Orders are non-refundable once personalisation has begun, unless an error has been made by Mint Lettering.

• Customers are responsible for collecting completed orders within 7 days once delivered to Majestic Marlow.

• While every care is taken when handling bottles, Mint Lettering cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing imperfections or weaknesses that may exist with some bottles.
